Why become an ASMP/CFL sponsor?
If your organization has goods or services that small businesses and working photographers can use, a sponsorship with ASMP/CFL is an excellent strategic use of your promotional dollars.
When you become an ASMP/CFL sponsor your brand gets transmitted to our members regularly and strongly. We have multiple channels for making sure our Sponsors get a return on their investment, and we make sure that these channels maximize the exposure we can provide.
Our members are independent business people who have direct impact on every purchase for their businesses. These business people are making buying decisions everyday that range from office supplies to constructing a new studio. They are a perfect target market of small business people who are direct decision makers.
As you will see in the following pages there are numerous options and levels of sponsorship for your organization and ours to become creative partners.
Our Sponsors expend their time and resources to assist our members. ASMP/CFL in turn expends its time and resources ensuring that our sponsors brands get out to our members.

Note: As is the case with any true sponsor agreement, ASMP/CFL does not endorse products or services, but it does strongly encourage its members to support its sponsors.
Gold Sponsorship Benefits
Unlimited access to the ASMP/CFL Mailing List. This up-to-date, well-maintained list has over 400 listings. The list is a combination of ASMP members and individuals that have expressed interest in ASMP and photography. This is a superb and targeted market for your services.
Complete, up-to-date email list containing over 150 addresses.

Your logo displayed in the Gold Sponsor section of the web page. This page receives hundreds of hits per month.
Your logo linked directly to your web site from our web site.
Your logo displayed in the Gold Section on our sponsor board displayed at every meeting.
Your organization’s name displayed and or logo displayed or mentioned in every item of official correspondence produced by
ASMP. This includes at least eight members‘ mailings and numerous emails.
Your organization’s name announced at every ASMP meeting as a Gold Sponsor. In addition we urge our members to support our sponsors.
Unlimited numbers of employees can attend any meeting. Your
employees can attend any meeting they desire for educational or
customer-relations purposes. Your employees can meet with clients in an informal atmosphere.
Materials handout. Do you have a new promotion on the horizon? Has your company developed a new product you would like to introduce to our members? As a Gold Sponsor you will be entitled to distribute materials at the meetings.
Contribution: $3000.00 annually. This amount can be billed quarterly.
Cash or in-kind services.
Silver Sponsorship Benefits
Access to the ASMP/CFL Mailing List four times a year. This up-to-date, well-maintained list has over 400 listings. The list is a combination of ASMP members and individuals that have expressed interest in ASMP and Photography. This is a superb and targeted market for your services.

Your logo linked directly to your web site from our site.
Your logo displayed in the Silver Section on our sponsor board displayed at every meeting.

Your logo displayed in the Bronze Sponsor section of the web page. This page receives hundreds of hits per month.
Your logo linked directly to your web site from our site.
Your logo displayed in the Bronze Section on our sponsor board displayed at every meeting.
Your organization’s name displayed in every item of official correspondence produced by ASMP. This includes at least eight members mailings and numerous emails.
Your organization’s name announced at every ASMP meeting as a Bronze Sponsor. In addition we urge our members to support our Sponsors.
One employee can attend any ASMP meeting free of charge. Your employee can attend any meeting they desire for educational or customer relations purposes.
Contribution: $1500.00 annually. This amount can be billed quarterly.
Cash or in-kind services.
Patron Sponsor Benefits:
Your organization’s name listed in the Patron Sponsor section of the web page and linked directly to your site. This page receives hundreds of hits per month.
Your organization’s name listed in the Patron Section on our sponsor board displayed at every meeting.
Your organization’s name displayed in every official email correspondence produced by ASMP.
Contribution: $500 to $1000 annually. Cash or in-kind services.
Becoming a Single Meeting Sponsor, or Co-Sponsor :
This is a unique sponsorship level that offers outstanding benefits. Once or twice a year ASMP/CFL brings in high-profile speakers for the benefit of our members. These meetings are well publicized and often draw overflow crowds from the photographic community and beyond. When you become a Meeting Sponsor or Co-sponsor you will essentially get the opportunity to “brand” the meeting with your organizations name.
In all communications concerning the meeting the description will read: ASMP Central Florida Presents: XXXXXXXXX. This meeting sponsored by: XXXXXXX.
In return for this level of acknowledgement your organization will be responsible for a majority or split of the costs involved in bringing in the speaker. These typically include the speaker’s fee, transportation and accommodations.
Depending on the speaker these costs will vary but will typically automatically earn you, in addition to the Meeting Sponsor benefits, all the benefits of a Silver or Gold Sponsor (if you exceed that level fee). Due to the nature of the expenses the fees for this Sponsorship have to be paid in advance. These high profile events present an excellent opportunity to inform, educate, and entertain the local creative community and earn well-deserved recognition for doing so.
